THE OBJECTIVE
Life Blooms Eternally: A Celebration of life is a twice annual event held across all of the states under the Agape Care Group, ACG Hospice, and Georgia Hospice Care branches. These in-person and virtual celebration of life events allow families and staff to recognize the patients who have passed away in the last 6 months. As the Senior Designer at CONNECTIVE, and lead on the Agape Care account, I was responsible for concepting, designing, and executing the rebranding of the event with an entirely new identity, event design, social media, and marketing.

Considering the history of the brand as a nod to the memorials after the events of 9/11 using umbrellas, and the audience as combination of loving and grieving family members and medical staff, the primary logo is designed to emulate the radiating flower designs with a sense of warmth and openness as the community comes together to remember their loves ones.

SOCIAL MEDIA

In combination with the branding concept and execution, I also established the visual look and template set up for a variety of designs to be used by the team interchangeably to set up individual memorial submission from the families of loved ones to be shared across social channels. This social content remains evergreen throughout the year, and with the number of submissions, the testimonials became a recurring social calendar choice.
